Infrastructure
Pipes, culverts and manholes for stormwater, sewer and road crossings.

Interlocking Joint Pipes
SANS 677 concrete pipes with a male-and-female joint cast into the wall, 300–1 500 mm diameter, for stormwater drainage.

Spigot & Socket Joint Pipes
SANS 677 stormwater pipes, 300–1 200 mm, sealed at the joint with a rolling rubber ring.

In-the-Wall Joint Jacking Pipes
Heavy-duty pipes, 900–2 340 mm, for trenchless installation beneath roads and railway lines.

Rectangular Portal Culverts
SANS 986 portal culverts for road stormwater crossings, spans 450–3 600 mm, with heavier custom loadings on request.

Base Slabs
1.2 m precast base slabs matched to portal culverts, with relief joints to manage groundwater.

Jacking Box Culverts
Box sections with in-the-wall rubber-ring joints, jacked into place to form service tunnels under roads and rail.

Manholes & Sewer Chambers
SANS 1294 chamber sections, 750–2 000 mm, made with dolomitic aggregate for sewer environments.

Manhole Components
Covers, frames, cover slabs, reducing slabs and bases to complete any manhole installation.
Sanitation
Agrément-certified precast toilet units and sealed pit structures.

Precast Toilet Systems
Reinforced concrete toilet units in VIP, urine-diversion, pour-flush and flush configurations — assembled without power tools and relocatable.

Single Toilet Structure
A compact one-cubicle unit for households, remote sites and temporary worksites.

Double Toilet Structure
Sits over two pits so the pedestal can be moved across when one pit fills, extending service life.

Accessible Toilet Structure
Sized for wheelchair access, with a positioned pedestal and grab handles on both sides.

1.75 m³ Single Pit Structure
A panel-and-beam pit, sealed with an LDPE sleeve to prevent groundwater contamination.

4 m³ Double Pit Structure
A divided, sealed twin pit for double toilet structures and higher-use sites.
Special Products
Stormwater, utility, safety and security components for public works.

Kerb Inlets
Stormwater kerb inlets to major municipal profiles, built from 600 mm sections up to 6 m long.

Grid Inlets
Drainage inlets topped with steel grating that lets water in while keeping debris out.

Median Drains – Heavy Duty
High-capacity median channels for roads carrying frequent heavy-vehicle traffic.

Median Drains – Medium Duty
Median channels for everyday road drainage under moderate traffic and flow.

Median Drain Grids
Concrete grid covers that protect median drainage channels, in heavy and medium duty.

Trench Covers
Covers that protect electrical conduits and cabling, compliant with Eskom standards.

Cover Slabs
A wide range of precast cover slabs, designed, made and delivered to suit the application.

Penstock Rings
Stackable 525 mm and 750 mm rings for decant chambers on mine slime dams and dumps.

Concrete Shelters
Reinforced enclosures that protect equipment from weather, theft and damage.

Road Barriers
Precast safety barriers for highways, construction zones, events and perimeters.

Square Chambers
Large access chambers for drainage and utility networks, in a range of sizes and heights.

Pipe Plinths
Level, anchored bases for pipes, mini-substations and electrical cabinets.

Solar Carport Plinths
Relocatable solar-panel bases with cast-in lifting points, made to any size.

Water Meter & Hydrant Boxes
Reinforced underground boxes that house and protect meters and hydrant valves.

Markers
Utility and road markers that can carry custom text or symbols.

Bollards
Durable posts for traffic control, perimeter security and pedestrian safety.

Bus Shelters
Low-maintenance passenger shelters with seating, ready for lighting or signage.

Pipe Culvert Wing Walls
Inlet and outlet walls that guide flow and prevent erosion around culverts.

Rail Corridor Security Walls
PRASA-approved high-impact walling, 4 m high, for rail corridors and substations.

Eskom Security Walls
Modular 2.4 m walls on a robust base, installed without on-site concrete work.
Precast vs Cast-in-situ Concrete
Precast elements are manufactured and cured in a controlled yard and then delivered to site. Cast-in-situ concrete is formed, poured and cured where it will stand. Here is how they compare for typical civil and municipal work:
| Factor | Precast concrete | Cast-in-situ concrete |
|---|---|---|
| Installation speed | Fast: units arrive cured and ready to place | Slower: formwork, pouring and curing on site |
| Quality control | Consistent: made under factory conditions to SANS standards | Depends on site conditions and workmanship |
| Weather | Little impact on the site programme | Rain and heat can delay pours and curing |
| Site labour & disruption | Lower: shorter time with open trenches and road closures | Higher: more workers and longer time on site |
| Best for | Repeated standard elements: pipes, culverts, manholes, kerb inlets, toilet structures, walls | One-off shapes and very large structures that cannot be transported |
